Policies, adopted by Goka Limited
in sales of FSC-certified products and control over the sources of the purchased wood products
(FSC-C134785)

Goka Limited voluntarily assumes the following obligations:

1. To comply with the requirements of international standards, legislative and other requirements in the field of the technological chain, certified by the FSC system.
2. To sell FSC certified materials purchased from FSC certified suppliers who are authorized to sell timber from FSC certified wood. To carry out independent control over the origin of timber purchased from non-certified suppliers.

Not to be directly or indirectly involved in the following unacceptable activities:

Certificate

The procedure for recording and consideration of the complaints on the FSC chain of custody of Goka Ltd:

1. Responsibility for resolving complaints lies with the FSC Chain of Custody Certification Officer in the Organization.
2. Stakeholders’ supply chain complaints are accepted by Goka Ltd. at: ekaterina@goka-timber.com
3. FMO uses a mechanism to address and record complaints about facts related to the supply of FSC certified timber.
4. Both suppliers and buyers of timber and third parties can submit a complaint.
5. The company guarantees that it does not buy or sell timber from “questionable sources”.
6. Complaints from suppliers, buyers and third parties regarding the Organization's supply chain are accepted in writing, through the postal service or at a place available for express delivery (company office, central gateway of the company).
7. All received written complaints, suggestions and statements are registered in the “Register of complaints along the supply chain of Goka Ltd. Company. responsible person.
8. The responsible person within three days informs the head of the enterprise about the received written applications, and also sends the complainant a confirmation of the acceptance of the complaint.
9. Within 10 days from the date of registration of the written application, all the necessary information is collected and verified to assess and approve the fact stated in the complaint and proposals are prepared for its resolution (by the legal department of the enterprise).
10. The applicant is notified within 2 weeks of the receipt of the complaint and is informed about the procedure for its consideration, an official decision on the complaint and a report on the procedure for considering the complaint are sent.
11. Consideration of the complaint and informing the applicant about the measures taken takes place within 3 months. If a complaint takes longer to resolve, the complainant and the certification body are notified.
12. The organization decides to take appropriate corrective and preventive measures to resolve the complaint.
13. All records on registration of complaints, suggestions and applications must be kept for 5 years.

Declaration on compliance with the certification Key Labor Requirements

Hereby the company GOKA LTD. declares that its activities comply with the Core Labor Requirements and undertakes to:

1. Company GOKA LTD. does not use child labor, the minimum age of employees hired by the company is 18 years;
2. Company GOKA LTD. does not use any form of forced or compulsory labor - any work in the organization is paid. The company does not use such forms of coercion as
   • forced labor;
   • withholding wages/including payment of employment fees and/or payment of a deposit to start work;
   • restriction of mobility / movement;
   • retention of passport and identity documents;
   • threats of denunciation to the authorities.
3. Employees of the company are officially employed on the basis of an employment contract.
4. The company GOKA LTD excludes discrimination based on race, culture, gender, age, religion, political opinion, national or social origin in hiring, remuneration, promotion or dismissal.
5. Company GOKA LTD. respects the right of workers to conduct collective bargaining, association in professional associations.

Company management GOKA LTD. undertakes the obligation and responsibility to ensure the understanding, implementation and application of this Declaration.
